Personality: Blue is predominantly childish - she has amnesia and a forgetfulness of everything from faces to names to events. She enjoys pranks but often cannot tell when she's crossed a line and is very bad at reading people. Can often be vacant or distracted, and is often easy to persuade into morally grey decisions, lacking a solid knowledge of wrong and right. On the flipside she can sometimes come across as very zealous about the supernatural, or very violent.
The 'bluechem' running through her bloodstream has done weird things to her personality - Blue doesn't know who she was before she was an adept, and often avoids confronting it. The bluechem often causes recurring visual and auditory hallucinations that can alter her actions. 

Is there anything you feel very STRONGLY that your character NOT be drawn doing?:  No romance at all - she's asexual. Obviously no removing the mask, and no eating or drinking. Violence/gore is fine, just ask!

Other info: Her hallucinations often involve recurring imaginary people, fish/nautical themes, and nightmare-esque themes - she often cannot tell the difference, even if someone points out that they can't see it too. The language she uses is often child-like, and she'll refer to friends as Mr/Miss 'defining characteristic' for example, 'Mr. Scar', 'Miss Greyhood'. 
She's pretty much permanently grubby too..

 Abilities: As an adept, Blue can cast some spells using verbal incantations and sometimes rituals with larger, theatrical performances. She can stun people from a distance and read the auras of people, objects and places to discover information. She may have more abilities she has not learned to master yet.
